We sell Umbra goods are very reasonable prices , however, we are small independent company and we make it clear on our website we do not offer free returns for unsuitable goods (but then neither do Amazon et al). “Stool is great, delivered safely packaged and on time. Not always the easiest to get through to on the phone, but this may be a Covid issue or weekends may not as contactable. This is the only factor causing 4 stars. Would definitely shop with again, and recommend to others.”
