“I found the correct size of bearing I was looking for but with 4 options. I called and gave the bearing details of what I had and within seconds Alex identified exactly what it was I needed and gave me options of manufacture to choose from. These where not on their website. Within seconds the email quote was through, and I had placed the order. I was even given free shipping on my order. I have never had a problem with the level of service from Bearing Boys and Alex in the Midlands office for sure knows his bearings. Can't fault this transaction whatsoever.”

“I ordered an incorrect belt for my ride on mower. I phoned bearing boys and spoke to Olivia and I then ordered the correct belt over the phone. I was informed to return the original incorrect belt and I would be refunded the money. I never actually received the original belt as it must have got lost in the post system. The second belt I ordered was received very quickly within a few days. I have been refunded the money for the incorrect belt. I have ordered from bearing boys many times before and I have found the service to be very good. I would recommend them. David”
