“As always, BB were accommodating with regards to finding the part in one of their warehouses and have it delivered next day for an urgent project. Nothing was too much trouble, no issues with the part, securely wrapped and worked a treat”

“I was after some belts for a Kuhn topper , because the old belts were pretty shredded I was not sure of the numbers for the belts , we had bought off Bearingboys several years back and the belts lasted very well , I asked the young lady if she could get the information from our previous purchase , she checked up and within seconds she found the information , they didn't have that number of belts in stock but ordered the equivalent belts of a better quality again than the others , believe it or not but the belts were actually cheaper . The young lady was very efficient and good to deal with , when I had finished you couldn't help but feel how simple this was to get sorted out especially nowadays . 10 out of 10 service , very good is not good enough to rate them , excellent would be far better”
