“I ordered a product that was as expected and delivered promptly. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and it had to be returned. They were very helpful in allowing that to occur in what I would call one of the simplest return processes you could have. Highly regarded for their processes.”

“There's a wide range of products available, including some quite rare and niche items I've had difficulty finding elsewhere. The ordering process could be less clunky but the next-day delivery is impressive, even if not always required. It's just a shame that the 5-day free delivery option seems to have been withdrawn.”
