“The quality of these two bearings are not what I expected, The inner ring of the bearing is crooked, bore size are not the same, one bore is smaller than others, and I am not able to find the page of after-sale service. Hopefully I can get an explanation. It took three days to get my first order which is good, but for my second order, it haven’t shipped yet two days after I paid, and there’s no way to cancel it!”

“usually good but got badley let down on my last next day before 12 delivery . 5 days later the poart arrived and wasted an entire day for one of my enginners , cost me £300 and got refunded the delivery cost of £20 . there was no comunication or any thing from them until after i had to chased twice .”

“i'm in the process of making a jig for a job and i needed a small "C" shape bit of metal tube and this will be perfect once ive chopped it in half! The service from the BB's was excellent as the item arrived next day and it was still much cheaper than buying a small bit of tube from a metal supplier! As a person who has worked in the electric motor repair industry for many years before retirement, i very much appreciate it when a company goes that extra mile even for a one off item! “Excellent service, explained what I needed and gave the dimensions that I had, he had a Quick Look at his system and said, yes we have two of those, so after a quick confirmation of measurements it was payment details at the ready and job done was told that it was normally next working day and being a Friday it would now be Monday, ok by me. Well Saturday morning postman drops of a neatly packaged bearing for me, first class service, I now need some more bearings so when ready will give them a call”
