A quick phone call and a replacement motor foot was delivered next morning. The knowledgeable member of staff I spoke to knew exactly what to order, the whole thing was painless. “I checked on Amazon and they were selling six o rings for £9.99. I found the Bearing boys who sold me 20 o rings for about £2. I’d much rather buy from an independent retailer than a corporate giant.”
