“I had in mind for some months to buy a Weber BBQ for next summer season. I have been periodically reviewing the web for offers and consistently BBQ World kept coming up. Finally a "special" offer of another 10% on top of a discounted price came up. I bought the 325S at a great price along with some accesories. From placing the order online to dleiver was super fast. I had some concern about the pallet delivery as my driveway is gravel. However, the driver was able to drop it straight into my garage easily and without fuss. I would highly recommend BBQ World. All I need to do now is find time to assemble the BBQ :(”

“BBQ arrived really quickly. There was a slightly damaged leg (that I assume has been squashed in transit or something) and I contacted BBQ World. The lady that I spoke with was brilliant. Within a couple of emails confirming serial numbers and details, a new replacement leg was ordered and on its way to my home address. Recevied within a couple of days and now I have a perfect Weber BBQ. These things happen unfortunately, but I cannot fault BBQ World in the way that the issue was resolved quickly and without fuss.”
