Superb speed of service and delivery, but very poor after sales support. The item arrived damaged and I have had no response to my request for help.

Order came in 2 parts 1st part got within 5 drops of my home before heading back to hub with my order after arranging time of yet the app said driver running a little behind and WILL be with you shortly no true. I had to the arrange to take delivery . 2nd part lost and had to be replaced

Ordering was easy however wrong things came to what I ordered and returning is not easy Be sure you order exactly what you want as if like me you will not even bother returning as you post it and no refund process at all apart from a refund if and when they receive it

It arrived damaged, so they offered a replacement which also arrived damaged. I called back to have it replaced but now they're all out of stock so they offered to get the damaged parts sent over by Weber. I agreed and I sent images and the serial number which was all fine but when I called up to check, the guy on the phone came across rude and in a rush to get rid of me. Did not want to look into the case and just said he can't tell me anything now and will get back. Been 2 weeks and I paid nearly 1 grand for a bbq which isn't in a condition I would deem as acceptable, neither did I expect to be treated that way. If it was his money, I'm sure he too would have been fustrated. I've been very patience and nice about it despite being taken for a ride now but I'm losing patience. I will update this when and IF it is resolved.

Happy with product but rather disappointed that after purchase the price dropped by 10 percent.

Disappointed that a few days after a purchase you gave a further 10% off for a bank holiday sale. Shame, but the Weber 2000 is great.

horrified that they sent 11 instructions manual each 10 pgs long in 11 languages. what a waste of paper. I calculated they are wasting 60000 trees worth of paper per Yr, WHAT AN ENVIRONMENTAL WASTE. WEBER U CAN DO BETTER. THIS IN UNACCEPTABLE. BBQ WORLD PLEASE TALK TO YOUR SUPPLIER!!

the Weber bbq is fine, but the delivery experience was poor. Legs were damaged on first delivery. To be fair to BBQWorld, they were responsive and sent out another set. Unfortunately, one leg was more damaged than the first one, so have ended up using the leg from the first delivery :(

Hi Tony After placing your order you requested delivery to be made on Friday the 31st of March which we have arranged. At the time of the call we also refunded the carriage surcharge that you paid and arranged for delivery to take place on your requested date. We apologise that the review email has been received by you before the items have arrived however our standard delivery schedule is quicker than the delivery timeframe you requested. Unfortunately I have still not received the item which is disappointing as I had purchased this as a gift for a friend.

Great company.... BUT their chosen delivery firm (DHL) kept my order for 3 days in their depot. I would think twice before ordering again

Placed order and received confirmation. Email arrived with delivery details. Then notofication from courier that delivery was cancelled. Email from BBQ World informing me product was damaged and no longer available. No suggestion of alternatives. Refund took several days to reach my account. Appreciate just unlucky with this one.

Delivery awful - carrier doesn't know what it's doing. Phoned on Friday and confirmed delivery for the following Monday. Waited in and around 2.pm an e mail arrived asking me to contact them to arrange delivery! I phoned to see what was going on and they blamed it on an ongoing "technical error." but they couldn't now deliver that day as promised.Re-arranged for the following Friday. At around 12. I phoned as they had promised an early delivery. Again got the story of a technical error, and that unfortunately my goods had not been loaded - I pointed out that if this was the ongoing case they could have used a pen and paper. They did then load a lorry and deliver the goods, albeit quite late in the day No problems with BBQ World as when I spoke to them prior to ordering they were friendly and helpful, but then completely let down by the carrier

Item ordered has a wrong part so rang to explain was told to email. So emailed and got a response saying they had contacted the supplier to resolve. Had no further contact for 5 days dispite a chasing email. Item still unusable. NOT IMPRESSED

Ordered outback onyx Excell web site said in stock, then told would be another 2 weeks. Offer to cancel but didn't as good price. Annoying thing is they were still selling them although then we're oos but web site said in stock for immediate delivery
