The bbq arrived promptly but with one piece damaged. I’ve contacted customer service about getting the piece replaced but so far this has not happened and the delay is frustrating as I can’t make the BBQ without the replacement part and the parts are taking up space in the house.

Poor effort, after the delivery date was missed for a few days checked to see where the item was, turns out wasn't sent or went missing in transit, this is fine it happens. They sent out the item again, this arrived promptly to then find out it was the incorrect item. another wait in day for the third time. So proving you don't need an item by a specific date go for it

I purchased a pitboss 550 with a free raincover and WiFi control board. I didn't receive the raincover and the WiFi control board which was advertised...and now they want me to send a screenshot with the offer...what normal people will take screenshot before placing an order.It's about trust and they should see it was on the Website.

Have returned the item a week ago special delivery and still waiting for confirmation that the amount has been refunded to my account. So not so brilliant on the customer service.

If there was a 0-5 i would put that. Delivery company used lied and diverted my package to local pick up point. BBQ World not interested in contacting them or sorting out my problem. Just excuses after excuses. Would not recommend BBQ World to my worst enemy!! Very- very poor customer service. Absolute joke. But this seems to be the standard at the moment. Take your money and then not interested.

Purchased Weber BBQ for cash back offer. Offer was invalid as BBQ world did not detail the terms on their website. It was limited to the first to apply for it - a very important detail to omit! This means I’ve lost £200 - I could not return it as the packaging had to be disposed of as the box and pallet would not fit through my front door and we live in a terraced house street. Very poor service - I have complained but had no response.

The BBQ is a beast, but ours was delivered with a few dents to the front! Which are really visible! I have tried to contact BBQ world 3 times and no one has got back to me! Pretty poor service for an £1100 BBQ. Please contact me asap!

Ordered BBQ on the 23/03/24 and still not received it, 9 days later. Received an email from BBQ World on 25/03/24 saying, BBQ had been despatched, and I would here from TPN the delivery company. Email from TPN same day with a tracking link, however the tracking link gives no information and I have not heard anything since then. Poor delivery service and BBQ World just state "unfortunately we are unable to guarantee any delivery as it is out of their control" would not recommend

Not very good. Without letting me know only half my order showed up. Waited, got no update. Contacted them through their contact form. No reply. Have no idea if or when the rest of my order will show up!

Ordered a BBQ online and requested delivery for the following Friday as we were away. Sent 3 emails replying to the order confirmation email and to their "orders" and "support" email addresses. Had a confirmation email fro. DPD and successfully changed the delivery date to Friday. It was delivered the next day, not the Friday whilst we were away. Asked for it to be collected today and had an email to state it would be collected and they would call to confirm the time. No call, no collection. I was told it was all my fault as I selected the wrong delivery option - I simply selected the free delivery option given to me. No apology, emails all blamed me, multiple failed promises. Absolute shambles, and still not resolved. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a BBQ from BBQ world at the end of May. The BBQ arrived damaged, I immediately complained about this to Customer Services and the communication was all very positive and I was assured that I could use the BBQ and the would replace the damaged part. After many back and forward emails and missed promises, at nearly 3 months later I am still in a position where the damaged part has not been replaced. This is not the kind of service I would expect from a company such as BBQ World. All that said, the Louise the Customer Service contact has been very understanding throughout the process and promptly responded to my many emails for help and clarification.

This product simply does not work, despite its ridiculous price. I tried it after a barbeque, spraying on and leaving 15mins as instructed, then tried to clean with a stiff brush. It had virtually no effect at all. In the end I went back to scraping off with a knife followed by a wire scourer as usual.

I ordered a Char-Broil Gas2Coal online via bbqworld.co.uk (Dawson's Dept Store child company). The driver left it outside the door. My wife was not well and asked the driver for help but he said he is not allowed to move the BBQ inside the property. I rang bbqworld sales team but the women wouldn't even give me the change to talk. I wouldn't recommend bbqworld.co.uk. Very unprofessional people.
