“Good price and responsive service - I asked for an accessory to be removed from the order and they did that straight away, over the weekend. Delivery by Palletwise was poor though - they failed to show up on the day and then gave me hardly any notice the next day. No apology, no way to contact customer service to reschedule...”

“I recently purchased a Weber Master Touch from BBQ World as they seemed to be the only place in the UK with any stock! Instead of sitting on a chain store's waiting list for 2 months, I ordered form BBQ World on a Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday, which was ridiculously quick, especially as the Monday was a Bank Holiday! Effectively a next day service. Could not be happier with my purchase and the delivery time. Exceptional service.”

“BBQ was fine but delivery was a disaster. The delivery service they use refused to come into the drive, parked up on the road. The driver then asked for help to take the pallet with the heavy BBQ off the truck, but would not take it any further than the gate to the road!!! Beware what happens on delivery if you order a BBQ from these guys.”
