“Excellent customer service, had to rely on telephone call as shielding at present and can't get out to see bbq's. BBQ arrived within two days, packaged superbly, delivery driver very helpful, and price amazing compared with other websites, what more can I say except have recommended BBQ World to friends already. If you are looking for quality and service go no further.”

“Excellent no nonsense service. BBQ delivered within 7 days(inc.weekend) and offloaded exactly where I wanted it. Had an e-mail a day before delivery and phone call from driver 10 minutes before arrival.”

“Disappointed. Has deliverybof insulation, driver threw them into driveway. Three of them were wet on the bottom and one ripped. (this must of been like it before delivery as part of packaging tucked in - as per picture)”

“Son-In-Law very happy with his Birthday present - although he hasn't used it yet; well it is January! Ordering as easy. Delivery was very good value considering the weight of the item, there was good communication from the Courier company, and the driver was very friendly. Looking forward to going round for a meal later in the year. Thank you.”

“BBQ World products and services were accurate and timely. However, the delivery was dreadful. The delivery driver was rude, unhelpful, and frankly disrespectful. I wont be using BBQ World again based on the delivery.”

“after lengthy research & search, I settled on the Q2000 model, as the Q2200 was not available in a number of stores. Easy to order, as I did the night before latest lockdown! I received email updates on my order, which arrived on date, 2hrs earlier. still unboxed for now, so cannot give a review. going to need accessories for my Weber, so will be back to the site, soon.”
