“I have dealt withh BBQ World several times without problems, but this time I ordered Heat Beads which when they arrived had been so poorly packed that 1 bag had split open, this was due to the fact that the boox was too big and had no packaging init so the bags could jus fly around!!”

“Really great personal service, dealt with a lady called Alison and she could not have been more helpful. An absolute delight to order online but speak to a real person. Delivery was spot on, on the day agreed at the exact time and driver put the bbq exactly where I asked. If only every retailer was the same!”
