“This relates to the Cadac BBQ party shelter I bought. Which is Flimsy, and comes with very poor unhelpful construction instructions, its ground sheet will tear the first time iyou put any chairs or table on it ☹️”

“Zum bestellten Grill können wir leider noch nichts sagen - er ist noch nicht angekommen! Bestellt Ende Februar mit zugesagtem Liefertermin Mitte März. Am 26.03. Mitteilung, dass Versand erfolgt ist und Lieferung am nächsten Tag erfolgt. Grill ist bis zum 31.03. nicht eingetroffen. Keine weitere Kommunikation zu Gründen oder zu erwartetem Liefertermin. Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit sehen anders aus.. Update 02.04.: nach einigen Telefonaten doch noch hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter ans Telefon bekommen, die sich gekümmert habrn. Grill ist inzwischen angekommen und aufgebaut. Super Produkt zu fairem Preis”

“Can’t review the product yet as it’s to use when we get a motorhome next month however after doing my research I decided to order this bbq at 3pm when the door bell went just before 10 am the next morning I couldn’t believe it had arrived! so 10 out of 10 for service”
