“They were great. I was looking for an accessory for a BBQ which is no longer in manufacture. They were kind enough to send me something rather experimental saying I could send it back if it didn't meet the need. It fitted perfectly - and I am very grateful for their kind and helpful attitude.”

“Recently purchased a webber Q2000 from bbq world and was delighted, not only was the website great with lot of information but the price was great and I was told that it was out of stock and I would probably receive the bbq within a month but it took about 7 days”
