“I've ordered some bits before and treated myself to a Weber limited edition. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong one so reordered and returned the incorrect item. I took it back myself and the guy in the warehouse was great, insisted on carrying himself, and refund was sorted within half an hour. It's not always about the product but the service that goes with it and I can't fault that!”

“Our order for our weber bbq was put through really quickly and efficiently. The bbq was in tip top condition, although it took me and my son a while to put it together. The bbq we ordered was quite alot cheaper through BBQ World than any of our local garden centres.”

“Outstanding service. Timely delivery and great liaison with courier. Originally delivered wrong model butone phone call to services dept. sorted this out. Correct model delivered next day and collection was arranged easily and with no fuss. Altogether fantastic.”

“Ordered online but good customer service from the telephone team when placing the order slightly late in the day and then tracking the delivery with TPN. TPN is not good at keeping you informed by normal delivery company standards but the BBQ World telephone team tracked things well and responded quickly to queries over delivery.”
