“Excellent service...I couldn't find the barbecue available anywhere else but they had it in stock and with me very quickly. Small issue with the lid (factory issues) but the customer service agents helped me and within another week or so a new lid was with me. I'm really happy!”

“Bought a lovely new Weber BBQ and it would have come next day if their courier company didn’t mess up. BBQWorld helped sort it and I was soon in procession of my goods, shame they can’t sort the rain out though, I want to try it.”

“I was trying to find replacement grill plates for my old Weber gas BBQ. The person who took my call, Jason, was so helpful. He found one in stock and as it had no dimensions on the stock record he went and measured it for me. Like Cindarella's shoe ..it was a perfect fit. Jason popped it in the post that night and it arrived two days later. Amazing...thank you. Dick”
