“This was an easy site to navigate. The price for my Weber Genesis II BBQ was very reasonable and competitive with the market. If I had wanted delivery the next day, this would be a five-star review. I did have to chase the company to find out why the courier company hadn't been in touch to arrange delivery. This is technically not their fault. They were quick to respond and the BBQ was delivered as promised. I found it easy to build and am looking forward to my first use of it.”

“I have bought all my BBQ equipment and fuel over the last 10 years and the service I have received from BBQ world has been excellent. On the one occasion when a BBQ arrived with transit damage the issue was resolved quickly and without any hassle. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Item delivered as notified and safely palleted. helpful delivery driver. BBQ unit a Weber Genesis11 SP-335 was supplied with good assembly instructions and thus was straightforward to assemble. Took 2 people about 2 and a half hours. Excellent piece of kit and we are very pleased. It would have been helpful if the website had noted that a 13 KG Patio gas cylinder is too large to fit the built-in carrier (13 Kg only fits model 445 and the 335 carrier can only take a 5Kg or 10Kg according to handbook) . Overall can recommend.”

“Contacted the skipton store regarding a couple of items I wanted to purchase and the sales person was very polite and helpful to which I ended up purchasing online which was very simple, speedy and not to mention the cheapest. The products arrived within a couple of days as stated. Very pleased and would highly recommend using this company and I myself will be using them again.”

“Having taken delivery of a Kamado Joe, I found that it was cosmetically flawed, I contacted the company, and submitted photos of the issue, the response from customer service was absolutely fantastic, they solved my complaint very quickly, and to a level beyond my expectation, so if you buy from this seller you can have complete confidence in them, I can't thank you enough for your impeccable service. “Ordered a Weber BBQ Thursday afternoon and as promised it arrived Friday morning. Most impressivley I rang them to change the delivery address and I got to speak to a real person straight away (not a machine and without the usual 30 minutes on hold with 'we are experiencing heavy call volumes right now'). I will definitely use BBQ World again.”
