“BBQ World was absolutely fantastic when communicating around a change of delivery time. The team were quick to pick up the phone and find information required when needed. The BBQ was fairly easy to put together and looks like it will last a decade or more. Really happy so far!”

“Everything went to plan. Easy purchase, great price and delivered on time. Note that as it confirms large BBQs are a pallet delivery. Meaning it will be curb side or driveway. If you have gravel drive its curb.”

“Have used BBQWorld (Dawsons) before and found them price competitive for Weber products. They still are but this latest purchase that DPD could not handle due to the state of the box (which they smothered with their own tape to avoid it falling apart) we were very disappointed with due to their attitude. This was a whole new BBQ plus accessories bought as a house warming present by family so we contacted Dawsons straight away to tell them about the delivery issue with pictures. They were not interested and did not even apologise instead saying if anything was damaged we were welcome to send it back ! We explained we had just moved house so this was not a priority and asked for an explanation about the poor state of the package but none was given. So eventually we unpacked the box and indeed did find damage to an item which was replaced to be fair - but still no apology... Doubt we will use them again.”

“Purchased the Cadac Safari Chef 30 Low Pressure Gas BBQ and couldn't be happier with the product or the service from BBQ World / Dawsons. This was the cheapest site we found, especially after adding the end of season sale code. We also placed the order at 10:30 am and received it via DPD at 09:30 the following morning - having received plenty of updates on the order and shipping. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.”
