“First of all delivery was exceptional arrived before expected, packaging in brilliant condition. The delivery man rang us as we weren't at home (at vets with dogs) and explained he'd put the pallet in a safe place, such amazing service. Now to the BBQ absolutely class, totally recommend, far superior to what I've ever owned :)”

“Bought some Weber replacement parts about a year ago and pleased with the response then, so when my son needed a barbeque I checked their site. Due to lockdown there were availability issues but I was told they'd know more at the weekend so I phoned and - all sorted. Delivery was painless (its a big box!) within 4 working days”

“They had a misleading photo on the website showing the inclusion of a flat griddle. We realise in hindsight that the flat griddle was not included and that I should have read the technical specifications. However, we were left feeling misled by the inclusion of that photo on the website and when we discussed this with BBQ World, there seemed little sympathy in resolving our mistaken purchase. Yes, I wasn't careful enough when I ordered but I'd say be very careful when ordering.”

“Very frendly and efficient team. We purchased a Kamado Joe BBQ which is probably the most expensive BBQ we will ever buy so we were keen to get it from a business with a good reputation. BBQ World did everything we would have expected them to do, and they did it very well.”
