It arrived damaged, so they offered a replacement which also arrived damaged. I called back to have it replaced but now they're all out of stock so they offered to get the damaged parts sent over by Weber. I agreed and I sent images and the serial number which was all fine but when I called up to check, the guy on the phone came across rude and in a rush to get rid of me. Did not want to look into the case and just said he can't tell me anything now and will get back. Been 2 weeks and I paid nearly 1 grand for a bbq which isn't in a condition I would deem as acceptable, neither did I expect to be treated that way. If it was his money, I'm sure he too would have been fustrated. I've been very patience and nice about it despite being taken for a ride now but I'm losing patience. I will update this when and IF it is resolved.”
