“Ordered Traeger Pellets, these arrived quickly, very well packed, 2 bags per stout box. This was not always my experience of other suppliers with loose split bags and the hassle of trying to get replacements. No postage surcharge to my area in Scotland, very fair. Would use again, and would recommend.”

“Was able to discuss our Bbq needs on the telephone with a person who knows. Had an opprtunity to ask questions. Given information I was able to select a Bbq that was perfect for our party. Food was amazing ,nothing overcooked, nothing too well done ! Next day delivery. Absolutely Perfect in all respects. Will recommend this company to others !”

“Ordered a Weber Spirit 2 BBQ and few days later with excellent commutation by the delivery driver it arrived on a wooden pallet. Great service for the Highlands of Scotland. Two hours later I was cooking my first meal and I'm so pleased with the quality of the BBQ and the quick delivery. TIP, when unpacking lay all the parts out safely but don't take screws, washers and bolts out of code marked packets until needed. Easy to follow instructions with good pictures, just take your time and get it right first time. You might need a extra pair of hands for the final part of construction as the BBQ is quite heavy due to the high quality materials used. Very pleased with my purchase. Great service.”

“Prompt delivery professionally sent. I have had a large Weber kettle for 21+ years. They are superb for roasts and require little attention whilst cooking. I am very confident the Smokey joe will do the same no will let you know once I have used it. Many people think bbqs are for cremating burgers and sausages. We never use ours for that stuff cooking.”

“I couldn’t find a Weber barbecue anywhere and couldn’t pre order either . You were the only supplier that allowed this . When I rang to see when the item would arrive I was told hopefully August and this was correct . Excellent service and communication , cannot fault it .”
