“Excellent servicce. Payment terms were very flexible and delivery excellent. Just thy usual 'jobsworth' delivery driver fusisng over where he can and cannot put the pallet but I had already been alerted to this in the emails I received after ordering. There was a problem with the cover which was rectified immediately with no quibble. Communicaitons were excellent. Second time I have used BBQ World!!”

“Basically you won't find a better price on the internet unless you like buying goods without provenance and a guarantee..... Super quick online service, faultless from ordering to delivery of the items, had to change a delivery time (my own error) staff were super courteous and arranged a new date straight away. Part of the purchase required pallet delivery, it came well protected and securely wrapped, couldn't be more pleased with this company and products available.”

“Very quick delivery, purchased some pecan and Oak wood, with Kamado Joe lump charcoal. Process went well although I dropped down to 4 stars on the review. I did the order originally, thought it was complete and saw money movement, but I missed a confirm my order step, my own fault but a frustration to flag.”
