“Excellent service - which was important to us as we were having the BBQ shipped to Portugal and so had to be with the freight company on time. The instructions to build were also excellent - they even have an App to help - and the final result brilliant. SO pleased with it. Love it so much I have refused to put it outside yet as it might get rained on 😁”

“What can I say. The customer service from this company is the best I have ever had. I ordered a BBQ and was not happy with it so the picked it up and refunded me with out any problems so I ordered another BBQ from them. I will always use this company from know on.”

“Excellent service and very good price. The box was very battered which was slightly disappointing as the Cobb barbecue is a Christmas present for my daughter and her husband. Contents looked OK though so I don’t suppose the box will worry them unduly.”
