“Would definitely buy from them again. Item came several days earlier than (e) and delivery company was also incredibly helpful despite this being a curb-side pallet. Pricing point for BBQ World was also good and they had items in stock that others did not.”

“A few weeks after purchasing a Weber BBQ we decided to also purchase a cover for it. Ordered one online and within a few hours I received a phone call from BBQWorld asking if the cover was for the BBQ we had recently purchased from them, as we had order the wrong size. The correct one was about £6.00 more, but the gentleman on the phone said that he would not charge me. Cover arrived the next day. Excellent customer service, thank you.”

“Arrived before the allotted time so I was not home but left it with neighbours. Not the easiest to assemble, but once it was done it is very sturdy and just what I was hoping for. BBQ cover arrived separately (in the allotted time slot) and fits snugly.”

Hi Chris Sorry we couldn't help on this occasion. We always try to be competitive on our prices however we are unable to guarantee that we will always have the lowest price listed online. We ask that price match's are done pre-purchase and the other retailer has it in stock on the same terms as ourselves. Unfortunately the retailer you quoted still has the bbq listed for a cheaper price however it isn't available for home delivery or click and collect or available to purchase in store. We try our best to be as upfront as possible with our pricing and availability but hopefully your bbq is working well and your happy with the product.
