“Good price etc and dispatched same day though DPD is overstretched so didn't deliver until the 3rd day - sent emails saying too busy on day 1 and 2! Down to local driver having us as the last drop of the day. Otherwise all good. Second-order (cover) came the next day via DPD so likely just a one-off issue.”

“The product (Weber barbecue) arrived exactly when I was told it would arrive. Shortly after ordering, but before delivery, I had a query. I phoned BBQ World. I was quickly put through to the right department and the phone was answered by a person, (increasingly rare these days,) and my query was dealt with quickly, efficiently and politely. I would say the service I received was excellent.”
