“Excellent from start to finish. Purchase and delivery were straightforward, kept up to date with progress of order. Ordered one afternoon and it was delivered the following morning! I was not expecting such a quick delivery. Delivery company were great, so helpful and polite. My husband assembled it, took a while, though straightforward. Really pleased with the BBQ, it's good quality and easy to use. Would certainly recommend BBQ World. Great customer experience, thanks.”

“I bought the 4 burner Jupiter bbq from you. Without doubt, it is the best packed product I have ever bought. It took four hours to assemble excluding the unpacking. Everything fitted beautifully and nothing was out of line. Some considerable thought has gone into the design and the first bbq on gas with chicken on a rotisserie was a huge success. The meat being very tender. Since then it has been used five more times and it is an excellent product.”

“Bought the Weber Premium 57cm cover for my Hubby for Fathers Day as I had bought the Weber Charcoal Braai South African term, BBQ as known as in the UK. Well all I can say is BBQ World are absolutely true to their word!! Fantastic Service & on time delivery. Will definitely support by purchasing more for my Braai Obsessed Hubby!! “Delivery awful - carrier doesn't know what it's doing. Phoned on Friday and confirmed delivery for the following Monday. Waited in and around 2.pm an e mail arrived asking me to contact them to arrange delivery! I phoned to see what was going on and they blamed it on an ongoing "technical error." but they couldn't now deliver that day as promised.Re-arranged for the following Friday. At around 12. I phoned as they had promised an early delivery. Again got the story of a technical error, and that unfortunately my goods had not been loaded - I pointed out that if this was the ongoing case they could have used a pen and paper. They did then load a lorry and deliver the goods, albeit quite late in the day No problems with BBQ World as when I spoke to them prior to ordering they were friendly and helpful, but then completely let down by the carrier”

“After searching high & low for Cadac 220g canisters, finally found them in stock at Dawson’s. Ordered Thursday evening, expecting as advised a 5-7 day delivery. Product arrived Saturday morning (36 hours)! Fantastic service. I’m cooking on gas! :))”

“Ordered a Cadac BBQ that had next day delivery, did not want it sent next day as I would be away so rang them as per notes on website. Courier still tried to deliver next day so package was in the van all day needlessly, thankfully other than a slightly bashed box the BBQ was intact.”
