“Of you are thinking about becoming a customer of BBQ World or one of their sister companies- you won’t be disappointed. Their customer service is wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. We ordered a Treager BBQ which was a fairly big ticket item and the service was fantastic. Buy with confidence. Andy.”

“UNFORTUNATELY MY BBQ WAS DAMAGED INSIDE THE BOX, ALTHOUGH THE OUTER PACKAGING WAS PERFECT. AFTER INFORMING YOU I RECIEVED A REPLACEMENT AND HAD THE DAMAGED ONE COLLECTED AT THE SAME TIME. WELL DONE FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!”
