“I spent £350 on a bbq that came without a small component that is needed to spark the bbq. I wrote to the company 2 weeks ago and have hear nothing, zip, nada. If you want customer service, I cannot recommend this company.”

“I was looking to buy an inexpensive pizza oven to try making home made wood fired pizzas. I found that not only was BBQ world the cheapest for the same oven but also had the biggest selection, I will certainly be going back when I decide to upgrade to a permanent oven.”

“Skillet arrived next day with out paying for next day delivery, placed the order in the morning got a reply to say thank you for the order than another Email to inform me our order has been posted. The very next morning it arrived. Thank you fantastic service.”

“Hi Delivery was prompt...can’t say much more than that because I have not yet unpacked the BBQ but it looks all there. Need to get a gas canister for it too. If you can tell me which one to buy I will use it next week and rewrite you a more complete review! Thanks and best wishes Dom Blakey”
