“What a delightful experience this has been. I ordered a new bbq not a cheap item a (Weber). Unfortunately when it arrived it was the wrong model, to which I made a phone call, to my amazement was rectified the very next day, the service and politeness from this company is outstanding. I would not hesitate in buying anything from BBQWORLD. Top quality products Top quality company. Many thanks.”

“Excellent service. Before we bought they were very helpful with advice about which BBQ was best for our needs. Options on buying were great. When we decided which BBQ to buy the order was processed easily. On delivery, unfortunately, we received the wrong model but their recovery and customer service to correct the mistake was EXCELLENT. We are very happy with the service and with our new BBQ.”
