“Was promised my delivery on the 25 th August told I would be rung 1 hour before delivery waited in .Wow got a phone call at 2 pm to say no drivers delivery not happening son’s birthday ruined :God knows when it will rock up but you’ve got my money livid”

“I would just make note that I was sent the wrong cadac BBQ...I had ordered the Safari 3 but sent the Safari 2 instead...that said due to going away next day I took BBQ with me and to be far it was very good product, just shame not what I ordered.”

“Although I had to wait quite a while for the BBQ to be in stock, BBQ World were excellent when I phoned for an update. They said as soon as the bbq arrived at the store it would go out on an overnight next day delivery which it did. Couldn't get better than that, the BBQ looks great and was easy to construct after viewing a few videos and reading the clear instructions. Looking forward to giving the bbq a good test this week and over the bank holiday weekend. Would recommend this product and BBQWorld for their outstanding service.”
