“Order a new Outback Jupiter 4 Hybrid. Arrived on the agreed date on a pallet. Took me about 3 hours on my own to unbox and build. Really happy with the service from BBQ World, the Outback bbq and the value for money. Can't wait for summer to start using it”

Hi Tony After placing your order you requested delivery to be made on Friday the 31st of March which we have arranged. At the time of the call we also refunded the carriage surcharge that you paid and arranged for delivery to take place on your requested date. We apologise that the review email has been received by you before the items have arrived however our standard delivery schedule is quicker than the delivery timeframe you requested. “BBQ world offered best value for money and choice. The website provides insightful information on each BBQ for sale which helps makes the decision making process seamless and easy. The purchase was smooth and the product is great (bought the Weber Kamado S6). My only suggestion for BBQ World is to improve the coordination with the delivery company. The delivery company does not give you a date when they will deliver and simply show up unannounced. This can be tricky when you are not at home at the time. Otherwise fantastic experience.”
