“Ordered charcoal heat beads on Thursday and they arrived promptly on following Tuesday. Very prompt service. These are the best briquettes you can buy they stay hot for a long time. Cheaper than Amazon including delivery.”

“I wouldn't recommend using BBQ World / Dawsons Department Stores. I'm still waiting for my order long past the stated '1 to 2 Working Days' that they so confidently state on their website, what you realise is that they may dispatch into the hands of the courier, in my case 'The Pallet Network' in that timescale but then the delivery slips into glacial speed. I have been promised 3 times that the courier will phone to arrange the delivery but they never have and I don't think BBQ World / Dawsons really care. I've cancelled the order and transferred by business to a more reliable and reputable supplier. Deal with them at your own risk!”

“About the service. Easy ordering process. Two days between ordering and delivery. Received a call from the courier one hour before the estimated delivery time. The guy followed my request and placed it inside my garage. Couldn't have gone smoother. About the BBQ. Too soon to give a honest review, but it's built like a house. Assembly was easy enough with help fit the final lift.”
