“Ordered and arrived within 4 days. Kept up to date with the delivery slot. The BBQ is lovely, only fault is that the spanner is missing, but not the fault of BBQ World as box was sealed. Will definitely order from them again.”

“Ordered a small charcoal BBQ, which arrived the next day in an excellent condition. It was 5% cheaper than the price on the manufacturer’s site which was a good bonus too. It was my first time ordering something from BBQ World but I’ll definitely come back seeing how excellent their service is.”

“Customer service from BBQ World was very good, prompt delivery of Broil King Monarch followed and after about 3 hours the BBQ was assembled. The BBQ is generally well-made and robust and all functions work well. However, the aluminium trim and the flame diffusers also in polished aluminium have ultra sharp edges. While these pieces are not handled frequently, it is far too easy to slice your fingers on the cut edges. These really need to be rounded off by emery paper to make them safe. Clearly a manufacturer's failing that should be fixed.”

“Ordered Kamado Joe Big Block lump coal. The item was packaged well and arrived in timely fashion. If only the courier took more of an effort as the package was delivered damaged and with a hole through the bag and the coal broken into smaller pieces and laying in the box.”

“Received our BBQ quicker than expected. Arrived on pallet and wheeled into garage. Happy with set up and putting together, for most can be assemble on own but I did need help lifting the body onto stand while feeding the gas pipe to where it needed to be. Other than that one done couple of hours worked first time. More than happy with new 320 Spirit. All good with rest of service and ordering. Order completed online.”

“Ordered a weber b-b-q, it was a little cheaper than other websites so I was happy to make an order. I was'nt in a rush to get it so opted for a free delivery however it still arrived in 4 days. The weber is well built and easy to put together. This was a seamless sale from start to finish so would definately recommend BBQ World.”
