“BBQ World was excellent throughout. A good on line system making for an easy purchase and quick on time delivery. However, I did have to contact customer services once because of my concern around the DPD delivery information I could see on line saying the delivery was complete after I had received only 1 of 2 parcels in my order. BBQ World were able to investigate and confirm I would get my second parcel later that day from a second van delivery, which in fact I did. It seems the DPD online tracking system only tracks one parcel in an order! DPD should fix this.”

“The first sear grate arrived broken. I phoned up and a replacement was sent without fuss which I received within 48 hrs. Great service but they might like to add extra protection to brittle items like grates!”

“Have purchased Weber Smokey Joe. I am used to Weber products this is why I bought a Smokey Joe. I'm pleased with the purchase, however I am disappointed to say the top grid, cooking grid, is a very sloppy fit. Undersized and moves when moving food on grill, not good. Otherwise a reasonable bit of kit.”

“First of all delivery was exceptional arrived before expected, packaging in brilliant condition. The delivery man rang us as we weren't at home (at vets with dogs) and explained he'd put the pallet in a safe place, such amazing service. Now to the BBQ absolutely class, totally recommend, far superior to what I've ever owned :)”
