“I ordered a BBQ cover from them and they shipped it very quickly and have me a one hour delivery slot, so I didn't have to wait around. Excellent customer service!”

“Best price I could find for the BBQ I wanted. There was quite a delay between order and delivery, and when it was delivered I had no choice of time or day. BBQ from Weber really good but takes quite a time to put together.”

“Very good service at bbq world end. However I still have not heard anything from Palletways so have not received my product. Therefore cannot review the product. I have tried to phone them. No answer. Emailed them and again no answer Serena”
