This order was despatched the day after the order was received, but DHL made a bit of a meal of effecting delivery within a reasonable timeframe.

This order was despatched within 24 hours of receipt. DHL were unable to effect delivery, having tried twice. The goods were returned to us, and a refund was processed.

Appalling if you’re thinking about placing an order, be very mindful it most certainly won’t get delivered when mentioned, as well as poor communication. No response after emailing them twice. Not sure if the website is a scam at this rate.

This order was despatched within 48 hours of receipt. DHL did have some issues delivering to the address, a Flat in London - such addresses can be troublesome and awkward, and this proved to be the case in this instance. DHL tried to deliver 3 times without success. We corresponded with the buyer via email on various occasions, initially within 13 minutes of receipt of their query. Eventually the goods were returned to us by DHL as undeliverable, and a refund was processed.

Disappointing Experience with BBQ Land My recent experience with BBQ Land has been thoroughly disappointing, marked by poor customer service and a lack of support. I purchased a Blackstone 22-inch griddle from BBQ Land, expecting a high-quality product. Unfortunately, the griddle had significant issues with uneven heating and inconsistent temperatures. The surface temperature dropped drastically when food was placed on it, making it difficult to cook effectively. When I contacted BBQ Land for assistance, their response was far from helpful. They were only concerned with whether the griddle surface could reach 280°C after the burners were on max for 15 minutes. Once that was confirmed, they lost interest in addressing my ongoing issues with the temperature drop and the griddle's performance. Their indifference and lack of support left me feeling neglected and frustrated. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, BBQ Land showed no willingness to provide meaningful assistance or acknowledge the griddle's performance problems. In conclusion, my experience with BBQ Land has been extremely disappointing. Their poor customer service and unwillingness to address valid concerns make them a company I cannot recommend. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your grilling needs.

I am sorry to read this review, which does not tell the complete facts. We helped the customer with the adjustment of the Blackstone to increase the gas flow and therefore the temperature of the griddle plate. The test that we asked the customer to perform was so that we could establish from a distance if there was an issue with the machine. The test result proved that the machine was functioning normally. At no point did we lose interest - but the machine was proved to be functioning normally, albeit not as hot as the customer would like. At all times we were punctual in our response times.

I strongly advise against dealing with this company. The owner is extremely rude and unhelpful. I purchased an Ooni pizza oven from BBQ Land, and it has broken four times already. When I requested a full refund, Richard, who claimed to be the owner, flatly refused, saying, "I am the owner and you will not get a refund." The customer service from this company is absolutely terrible. Avoid them at all costs.

The customer was using a pizza oven which is very robust, designed for domestic use, for his commercial pizza enterprise. Ooni provided the customer with excellent customer service by replacing parts numerous times, until they had to draw a line somewhere. At this point the customer decided to ask BBQ Land for further service, and we had to decline, based on the history of repairs provided by Ooni and the use to which the oven was being put, ie commercial use.

You have given us an incorrect postcode to deliver to, and hence the delivery problems. We are resolving this by resending these to the correct address with no charge to yourself, despite it costing us 2 x DHL journeys, a, to return to us, and b, to send back to you again. If you care to revise this review that would be appreciated.

The monolith barbecue itself seemed in good condition but as for BBQ Land- poor customer service. Delivery driver first removed the water proof packaging around the cardboard box during a rain period for the delivery of a ceramic barbecue. Ceramic barbecues cannot get wet on the inside - luckily, I had some tarpaulins to cover the box but this wasn't great. The delivery driver didn't deliver to our garden area or even do roadside delivery. It was dropped in front of our access gate to the side of our house, forcing us to rush to get friends to help move the 150kg container so we could access the back of our house. Roadside would have been far better. When I then assembled the barbecue I noticed one piece of the fire box was chipped and asked for it to be replaced. BBQ Land refused to acknowledge it needed replacing and would only offer a refund for the entire barbecue which is completely unneccasary. They stated if it cracks and falls apart then it could be replaced under warranty but why is it unreasonable to expect a component of a brand new purchase to be replaced if it is chipped and damaged. Just to clarify, this is a component that is packaged as a separate part and could easily be shipped without any issues. Product itself seems well made but I won't be using BBQ Land again and recommend you use anywhere else yourselves.

Delivery of palletised goods to a domestic address can be a little tricky. However, we do clearly describe the delivery details on each item's page, and we do provide delivery tracking to our customers, so that they know when to expect delivery. The customer did query the rainfall issue, and we did assure the customer both on the telephone and via email that the ceramic bbq would come to no harm, either in or out of the box, due to rainfall. The internal panel had an insignificant very small imperfection in the surface, and would cause no issue at all - hence the fact that it had passed Quality Control at the factory. We are confident with our opinion in such matters, having sold ceramic kamados for 12 years. Our customer service could have been rated as poor had we ignored the customer, which we did not at any point. We did offer the customer a full refund, but the customer declined to reply to that offer, or accept it.

We spoke to this customer on the telephone, and checked the photographs of the item that the customer received. We were unable to distinguish any problem with the item, but did offer the customer a full refund if the Cap was returned to us. The customer declined this opportunity to return and accept a refund.

Bbqland is great but bradley p10 was the worst purchase we ever made came dented and prone to puck jamming and they also have faulty puck senor wont even brown there way over priced pucks .There customer service is atrocious like there horrible designed over priced unit .
