“What a great service. It was dropped off on my drive behind the car, and the only way to move it was to take it out of the box bit by bit which was not a problem as it was very heavy. Assembly was straight forward as per the manuel and went together well. Used it for the first time this weekend for a family bbq. Smoked a joint of beef in the smoker and some chicken breasts it was amazing, used both grills gas and coals to cook other meats beautifuly. What a fantastic bbq alround total recommend buying it and very good value for money with all the freebies. Naill and Dawn.”

“Item arrived promptly, however instruction were putting it mildly ambiguous. Since when has a shelf been called a wire grate. Measurements with nuts and bolts were far too confusing different sizes etc. Instruction booklet was I believe done on the cheap and if you are spending over £500 on a product then a decent instruction manual should be forthcoming and a free cover.”

“Goods arrived on a pallet which was wrapped and strapped well. Only issue I had is the courier wouldn't take the pallet - Was a pain trying to dispose of it myself. Apart from that - First class service from begginig to end. Thank you.”
