“My order (Pit Boss Pro Pellet Grill and cover) arrived within a short time and in good condition. The item was well packed, and secured on a palette. As promised as part of the deal, the generous portions of meat, wood pellets, and BBQ sauce etc. arrived in good condition albeit the freezer bags were (understandably) thawed out; the only thing I would suggest is maybe advising the customer if the meat can be frozen or must be consumed - labels on the meat had been smudged due to the thawing of the bags. This may be mentioned elsewhere and I have missed it. Overall I was very impressed with BBQLAND and the service provided. Thank you.”

“We made an hour long trip to BBQLand and it was totally worth it. They patiently helped us choose the right model for us, as I was struggling to make a decision even after a thorough research. It certainly helps to see the great variety of models in real life. The service was very pleasant and friendly too. We ended up buying a Komodo Joe Classic II and it was delivered to us a few days later. I would highly recommend paying a visit.”

Good pairing items / recommendations displayed on each product page too, which I found helpful in gathering everything I needed to start my new BBQing journey. “Appalling if you’re thinking about placing an order, be very mindful it most certainly won’t get delivered when mentioned, as well as poor communication. No response after emailing them twice. Not sure if the website is a scam at this rate.”

This order was despatched within 48 hours of receipt. DHL did have some issues delivering to the address, a Flat in London - such addresses can be troublesome and awkward, and this proved to be the case in this instance. DHL tried to deliver 3 times without success. We corresponded with the buyer via email on various occasions, initially within 13 minutes of receipt of their query. Eventually the goods were returned to us by DHL as undeliverable, and a refund was processed.
