Gas regulator on the Outback Trekker is a piece of rubbish. Wouldn't seal onto the gas bottle. Ended up on our first day of holiday today, driving around trying to find a gas supplier to check the gas bottle and turned out to be a cheap regulator. Have had to buy another regulator. Don't buy, parts are cheap.

I have not received this item as the deliver was left outside the front of my property, no card left or anything and I live on a half finished new build site!

Rubbish, you pay for next day delivery and a week later you are still waiting ..... so cancelled the order and will just buy it from Homebase or B&Q .... should have done that in the beginning. However I wonder if the money will be put back in your account as quickly as it is taken out

Ordered a 100cm 120watt heater on ebay. Was sent a 70cm 90watt heater instead. Requested a return had to wait the full 8 days before return was approved and postage label made available. No offer of a correct replacement item made or a refund of the difference between the two by the seller. The whole process is taking too long to rectify and I am in need of heating urgently and therefore can't wait any longer to complete the process and reluctantly have had to accept the lower wattage item. Will not be using BBQ LAND again or recommending to others.

Customer service was very poor. phone staff begrudgingly apologised after my order was mixed up and then not re sent out at the earliest opportunity. The contact for this company listed on the website are incorrect. Example email address listed.I Used this company to try to not use larger companies, but I know a large company would have bent over backwards after messing up my order. Hence why I cancelled and reordered with another company. Their customer service was awesome delivery was quick and the product was correct.

The product arrived damaged. A big Kamodo Joe cost a significant sum and it is simply not good enough for it to be delivered damaged.

I recently purchased a Landmann Grill Chef XXL Broiler BBQ with cover for £318. There was nothing on the website to say it was self-assembly so when I realised this I cancelled the order (within 2 hours) after I had cjecked the same item was on other sites for £50 less and included a 2 year guarantee and made it clear it was self-assembly. BBQ land tried to deliver 3 days later (which I refused) After numerous emails ignored and a very unhelpful sales team, I finally got a refund - you judge, it should not be so difficult

Delivery guy was very rude and unhelpful. Had to get passers by to help us put the bbq in the house, he also left the pallet in front of the house for us to despose of

Horrible company to deal with, i had to return the bread cloche as it was too big for my oven. I was told that it would cost them £20 in postage & if i had accepted it & then returned it , it would have only cost me £5, If this company can't afford the cost of the postage i suggest they cease trading. The man was extremely rude to me, so i will never buy anything from them ever again. Was called a "stupid customer" for not measuring the item. Avoid!!!!

I have ordered pellets in december and still havent received anything. Tried to re-schedule delivery using uk mail but was not able to do that online. Giving only one star as no one contacted me if the parcel has been returned and money refunded or further action is required.

The package was returned to us by the carrier 20 days after we despatched it - there were obviously some courier delivery issues in the pre-Christmas rush. We failed to contact the customer at this point, and of course should have done so. We received no contact from the customer prior to receipt of this review, and our subsequent contact with him has established that a refund was appropriate rather than redespatch the goods. And therefore refund was processed within a few hours. We have sharpened up our Returns procedures, in an attempt to prevent or at least minimise such issues reoccurring.

Ordered and paid for goods. Nothing delivered despite email confirming. Email sent to company to enquiry on order and no reply. Ordered twice before from this company with no problems but this time the service is disgusting.

I couldn't find my address in the details form in the checknout section properly so I filled it up manually. After 3 days, which was meant to be nct day delivery, I got an email saying I haven't fill in the form properly. As I didn't need the item anymore as it was meant to be that day, I told the customer service not to bother. They wrote back if this was the choice then I will need to pay extra for the shipping. I then said to go ahead as it's half of the amount. The product has still not arrived until today (a week from when I bought it).

Our checkout does not have auto-fill, but needs to be done manually unless paying by Paypal, when the addresses inside your Paypal account are used. The customer entered their email address in the first line of the address field, rather than house number and street name. The courier was unable to effect delivery without this information, and therefore returned the bbq to us 3 days later. In the meantime we contacted the customer to get the full address, and resent the bbq at our cost. The customer then asked us to stop the re-delivery, and we advised that there would be a fairly substantial cost in stopping the delivery once in transit and having it returned to us, in relation to the £23 price of the bbq ordered.

A gas BBQ was delivered in german specification, which then could not be used. BBQ land refered me to TEPRO UK but took no responsibility to fix it themselves. Eventually a replacement was delivered but I still had to assemble twice and arrange various deliveries and collections with no meaningful compensation.

I think 1 Star is a little harsh. Tepro supplied us with a single model of this bbq, with German Spec. Therefore, we had no further stock to supply replacement ourselves. So, we co-ordinated collection of redundant barbecue and replacement from Germany, with Tepro UK. A Bespoke BBQ Cover was supplied to the customer free of charge, to go some way to compensate. So, I believe we did everything in our power to rectify the situation as fast as humanly possible. Having said all that, we appreciate that this was a frustrating time for the customer.
