Excellent service - bought an item clock and collect- was a little hard to find but then I was on a motorcycle and didn’t use GPS. Friendly would recommend.

No fuss and prompt delivery. Just be aware if a barbeque it may come on a pallet and the couries company may not take it away. Very happy indeed

Cant fault the staff at all. Very helpful and knowledgeable about all of their products. Bought xxl char-griller outlaw and they chucked in a free cover. The cover was ripped when i opened it and they sent out a new one with no hesitation. The griller itself is a bit tricky to put together on your own and the hood on mine shuts a bit wonky but used it today for first time and the food came out great, although i havent smoked on it yet. Would definitely recommend BBQLAND and I’ll definitely be going back for all my bbq products

I haven't have any issues with any orders or deliveries to date. However, on my last order I was sent a different brand pellets to the ones I ordered. These cost less than the ones I ordered and don't work as well for us as they don't get as hot as the Pitboss ones. On smoke, the pellet grill sometimes goes out. I'm sure it's a genuine mistake, but I emailed them and haven't heard back. You can't just send a different product without asking the customer. If it was out of stock, I would rather have had my money back and could have found it elsewhere. This is the only reason I'm just giving two stars.

Excellent service and prompt communication from BBQLAND. Item arrived in good time exactly as advised and expected. Couldn't ask for more. Regarding the Item, the Char-griller "Grand Champ XD" the overall biuld quality is poor, with poorly fitting, misshaped lid edges around the hinges, and poorly welded legs which did not fit without re-shaping.. The firebox seal melted on the vent door at the first firing and the smell of burnt rubber was awfull. All straightened out now and a new seal fitted, but should have been a lot better considering the price.

Normally I don't respond to surveys but I want to see companies like this succeed. Often companies fail due to poor telephone customer service which was my experience with BBQland as a new customer. I checked TrustPilot was legit and I saw previous reviews saying customer service was not great. I was asking for some assistantance regarding a particular blower which BBQland sold and if it worked with a Fireboard 2 Drive. I was told they did not have this blower which was not true and pointed it out to the assistant. When when they realised their mistake I got an unessary terse and dismissive response. For this reason I give it a 4 out of 5. The good news is that when I called a second time I had a very good experience with an exremely knowlegable person. My word of caution to BBQland is please vet your customer services reps. Ths company ahd an outsanding range of products and I hope this company does well and that BBQ/Smoking continues to grows in the UK.
