“Having recently been diagnosed with IBS, these jars have been great - same style of cooking without having to compromise. It's a win win and so flavorsome! My go to without a doubt. It's a shame they are not readily available in high street stores. They seem to have been discontinued from Morrisons and Holland & Barrett only now have a limited selection online. I don't regularly shop online with Ocado, but they offer a good selection too if you spend over £40.”

“Always delivered promptly, these sauces have given me flavour at last! Following the FODMAP diet helped enormously, but ruling out onion and garlic limited 'tasty' ! Finding Bay's kitchen was like winning the glitter ball! Thank you! ( Great for use in a slow cooker- effortless cooking with perfect, predictable results!)”

“Great to find products that are vegan and don’t contain onion - perfect for my current diet! It has really helped to regulate my digestive system! My only suggestion would be to add a “heat” indicator on the cooking sauces as I have found some of them to be quite spicy - but the flavours are great! Thank you - will be ordering again in the new year!”

“Thank you Bay's kitchen for saving us. My wife and I are both gluten and dairy intolerant and we both have problems with onion and garlic. We had lost all hope of eating anything nice. That is until we found Bay's kitchen. We have yet to find one that Ng we don't like and in fact it has opened us up to curries that we had never been able to try before. We actually have to limit ourselves otherwise we would have curry every night! The fact they are a small company based in our home town is just the icing on the (gluten free) cake. And we recycle the jars to my mother in law who makes jam so win win.”

“Made some delicious meals with bay's kitchen products. Very much "treat" meals due to the price of the products. If inflation wasn't so high I probably wouldn't begrudge the cost. Really great products for people on low fodmap diets, especially if you have further dietary restrictions. I am vegetarian so additional flavour is greatly appreciated!”
