“Delicious and varied foods. A touch on the expensive side when compared to off the shelf, but you can't buy this on the shelf. Great work guys, a big life problem solved for many.”

“BAY’s THE BEST Best customer service ever. This small cottage kitchen company has restored my faith in the British society. They go out of the way to help. I made a mistake with my address and they could not have tried harder to sort it out. This, on top of creating sauces that are IBS and FODMAP friendly. Having easy to follow recipes and at the same time healthy. I can not rate them enough. I bought all 10 sauces, have had three. All so far have been delicious. A friend recommended them and she was not wrong. Yes they might be over 3 pound a jar, but that’s a coffee? This is a meal for 2 to 3 people. I choose to spend a little extra out of my own very tight budget and have very happy family members! Teriyaki is outstanding!! ❤️”

“Bays kitchen sauces are a joy to use. Firstly you don’t have to worry about their contents. They’re not just allergy aware but they reduce/remove a lot of what can cause sensitivity issues too. And yet they still remain incredibly tasty and are perfectly sized! Their customer service is also second to none. I do hope they hear my plea for more Chinese-style sauces though. I’d love to see what they do with a Hoisin-style! 😋”

“Bay's kitchen products have been wonderful for the days when you are short of time or just lacking in energy to sort out an interesting low fodmap meal. The majority are really tasty and a great alternative. The only product I have tried that I've been a little disappointed in is the green pesto. It's just a little bland.”

“Delighted to find sauces that I haven't eaten in 4 years due to IBS. The sweet and sour is tasty, and the curry sauces are great too. I've enjoyed the teriyaki, with pork and with chicken. The chutney is very welcome, as I haven't found one in the supermarket that I can eat. I've made sauces from scratch these past few years, it's brilliant to find sauces that not only mean I don't always have to do that, but flavours that I can't make myself. The two orders have arrived quickly, and well packaged. The symptom diary is useful too. Thank you to Bay and the team, much appreciated!”

“If you struggle with IBS and Crohn's disease and The Low FODMAP diet is what you're using to keep you symptoms at bay, then Bay's kitchen is your best friend! I was struggling to find things that I could eat also on my busiest day, and although many GF and VG options are available at the supermarket, it's almost impossible to find things that are free from all these ingredients! Browsing on Google I found Bay's kitchen and gave it a go with some curries and soups! Well, to tell you how much I loved them, I can only tell you I have already done 2 orders... Oh, and I am also finding their diary very helpful too! The taste is great, and for some curries simply add some coconut milk and you're good to go! My personal favourites are Green Thai Curry and Mild Korma!!! The delivery is super fast and everything is packed really well!”

“I've been using Bays Kitchen for a year now, and I find them excellent. Their sauces are tasty, their packaging is excellent, their delivery is reliable. On occasion they may run out of an item - they're clearly popular - but on such occasions their communication has been fantastic, and any refunds processed quickly. Their food has helped me keep my meals interesting since my 'Coeliac Disease' diagnosis. Make good use of their points rewards - they'll save you money.”

We are trying to get to the bottom of this issue and we are in the process of redoing our emails to ensure customers aren't getting too many emails from us.
