“Just starting the low FODMAP diet and at the elimination stage I was totally confused as to how to go about getting all the basic store cupboard foods together to get started. It is such a complicated process to find which foods are 'safe' and where to get them in order to be able to make tasty dishes that are totally FODMAP compliant. I've still got a lot to learn but Bay's Kitchen has made the job so much easier. Everything I've tried so far has been delicious and all delivered so quickly and efficiently. Thank you !”

“Firstly, the company was very good at providing me with a replacement when the delivery driver damaged my items. I received the replacements the day after I queried my delivery. After using the sauces I am very impressed, they taste delicious and they perfectly suit my low FODMAP diet. I will be buying again.”
