“I ordered a battery which failed after 4 months. I returned it under the warranty,however battery trader wouldn't replace it until they had tested it.They would only send a new battery if I paid for it again.They said that they would refund the cost of the battery after they had tested the faulty battery. As I needed the battery for my mobility scooter I had to pay for the replacement battery.They agreed the battery was faulty but I am still waiting for my refund 2 months later & have had to contact my credit card provider to try to get the money back. Very poor service!”

“WARNING! I ordered 2 batteries on 10/10/2019. I was promised delivery in 3-5 days. 22/10/2019 I asked for delivery. The next day they informed me that they could not deliver until end of November, so i cancelled my order. Since then I had a lot om mail contcts with the company about refund. All I got was a lot of meaningless mails, but today, two months later, they still keep my money. Now they don,t even answer my mails. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY, YOU JUST LOOSE YOUR MONEY!”
