“I ordered a replacement battery for the Goal Zeti, but it didn’t fit. The battery shape didn't match the original. Support (in a rather cheeky response) suggested bending the bracket, which was never going to work. I requested a refund but was charged for returning the battery. Not great — especially as it was sold as a suitable alternative. Had I known it required replacing the bracket, I wouldn’t have ordered it.”

“I sent for a replacement battery for my Flymo strimmer. The original had given me yeoman service for over 10yrs and the replacement has not disappointed, either. It was easy to undo a couple of screws on the machine in order to fit the new battery. It made me smile so much when I started up the strimmer with its new battery...just like I remembered when I first bought it. Hugely recommended!”

“We use your batteries in our bath aqualift. They only last 4 baths from new we consider very poor. Thank you Brian It would appear that the short life of the battery charge was due to a mistake on my part as how often to charge not the quality of the product”
