“quick and rapid response. My bank card had a problem with online shopping. Battery Trader was able to take my order by securing a purchase order until I contacted them. The matter was quickly sorted and purchased by a telephone order. The battery was delivered the next day. Oder and delivery was made very quickly. Thanks a lot”

“Excellent service, as usual. I got these batteries for a Belkin UPS and have previously had the 7 AH batteries from them, which worked well and typically lasted about three years. Its too early to tell how well these 9 AH batteries will last but, so far, they are working well.”

“Very helpfull company customer service. I ordered an upgrade of battery for a new mobility scooter i was buying but had to then prder a different scooter. I thought i wpuld have to return the batteries but i had quick responses from customer services to my emails and the upgrade fitted the change of scooter. The batteries are good quality and arrived with good printed imformation. I will definitly use battery trader again”

“ordered a replacement battery for a hayter battery start lawnmower , as my mum found it difficult using the pull cord, a replacement battery was being quoted at around £90 , Battery Trader , shipped me an exact replacement battery at about a quarter of the cost. im recommending Battery Trader for their prompt delivery of a few days, and their courteous email follow up making sure everything was ok and informing me of dispatch times and order number , very pleased with the service I received , so I have awarded Battery Trader the maxium rating 5 ( very good )”
