“Avoid - Never got the batteries or the replacement batteries that they allegedly sent, or the refund that I was promised. They did respond to emails though, it was just that they failed to follow up their promises with action.”

Dear Customer, As discussed on the phone we agreed to allow a little more time for the original order to be delivered. When we spoke again you asked us to issue a refund. We informed you that refunds take 3-5 days to be issued, that's why you didn't receive the refund straight away. We can now see though, that your refund has been received.
