“Bathtime Scotland are an excellent supplier who really care about their customers. Not only did they match the price of a competitive internet retailer, but they were also extremely helpful when dealing with a replacement washbasin. A manufacturing fault was discovered after the basin had been fitted, and Graham negotiated the replacement with the producer on our behalf, with a positive outcome. We have also purchased a Laufen vanity unit and toilet and a fantastic mirror cabinet HIB Exos 60 from Bathtime. The communications are always quick and we’ve had the best customer experience. “Bathtime : Focused on Customer Satisfaction
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bathtime who for us produced a unique and beautiful bathroom, on time and to a predetermined fixed budget.
After exhaustive research of many we chose Bathtime to produce the design and installation of our new medium sized bathroom including total gut out floor to ceiling of the existing.
After carrying out a survey and determining our needs Bathtime produced several viable computer generated options. Our chosen scheme was offered at a fully itemised fixed price lump sum and a works timetable to suit our needs - all for our approval.
Prior to starting Bathtime laid out covers to protect against any potential damage to our property. The work using quality products was carried out by qualified, experienced and precise tradesmen, all of whom are full-time Bathtime employees - and not sub-contractors/cowboys. The work was completed within the programmed 7 days during which time we were kept fully aware of progress. At all times we had access to the toilet.
The result is that we have a high quality and value for money bathroom installed with the minimum disruption- and a bathroom of which we are justifiably proud.”
