“Goods arrived promptly, very competitively priced and free delivery too. Ordered the wrong bath by mistake and they were very helpful in terms of finding a courier for me to return it - though this is blisteringly expensive so I would warn anyone to triple check before ordering a big item like that.”

“Part of my order was incorrect and although the correct item was sent on immediately when i called the store to report the error, there was, however no apology made for getting it wrong in the first place. Only a little thing but goes a long way in customer care.”

“Had a similar order with victoria plumb. They never turned up so cancelled the order as i had all the people in place to fit. Order with bathroom mountain. Good price great service on time. Got bathroom sorted on time. Jobs a good one thanks to them.”

“Waited all day for delivery didn’t arrive payed staff wages for 10 hours to wait for pre arranged tile and was refunded £24.99!! Do 30 bathrooms a year and Won’t be using again”
