“Ordered new radiator and valves. Paid for next day delivery. Called late on day before delivery that valves are not available. Extra day added to delivery. Radiator arrived with scratches. New one sent out for next day.”

“The towel rails arrived promptly one of them wasn’t quite straight only noticed this after filling it up but not that notable to the untrained eye so installed it in my property anyway , I would buy again from this company no worries .... Derek”

“Ordered toilet based on picture of dimensions. Unfortunately not all of them showed and it didn’t fit because of a bottom bar not pictured. After paying for alterations to get everything to fit it Didn’t come with fixings either. Prompt delivery but not overly impressed with the product.”

“What a great experience! Lovely website and great images. So easy to get everything i needed and so much cheaper than everyone else. I had a slight issue because i ordered the wrong item and the customer service team sorted the issue right away and got me the correct item the next day”

“Bought a set of taps which are gorgeous and look a lot more expensive than they were. Perfect in our recently renovated bathroom. Delivery (although a tad expensive) was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend.”
